Your Gangasagar journey begins with an early morning departure, setting off towards Lot No. 8. By around 11 AM, you’ll arrive at Lot No. 8, where you’ll board a vessel for a peaceful river crossing to Kachuberia. Upon reaching Kachuberia, you will proceed to your campsite and settle in. Later in the evening, visit the revered Kapilmuni Ashram, an important pilgrimage site at Gangasagar. After a spiritually enriching day, enjoy a restful night stay at Gangasagar.
Your day begins with an early morning holy dip at Gangasagar, where the sacred waters of the Ganges meet the Bay of Bengal. After the purifying ritual, engage in puja and other religious activities, offering prayers for spiritual blessings. Once the rituals are complete, explore the vibrant Gangasagar Mela, immersing yourself in its rich cultural and spiritual atmosphere. Capture beautiful photographs to commemorate this unique experience. In the early afternoon, you’ll begin your return journey to Kolkata.
